PRIVACY NOTICE: Nita Newman (For all art classes and art appreciation students and enquiries)

The data that Nita Newman holds may include sensitive personal data. 5. Sharing your personal data: Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with employees and volunteers working with Nita Newman. Nita Newman will only share your data with third parties outside of Nita Newman with your consent.
6. How long does Nita Newman keep your personal data? Nita Newman keeps your personal data for a period of six years. Personal data required for safeguarding purposes is kept for 70 years.
7. Your rights and your personal data. Unless subject to exemptions under GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: –
• The right to request a copy of your personal data which Nita Newman holds about you.
• The right to request that Nita Newman corrects any personal data if found to be inaccurate or out of date.

Further processing: If Nita Newman wishes to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Notice, then Nita Newman will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing processing, setting out the relevant purposes, and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, Nita Newman will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
